Pilot

A pilot, in three phases

A demonstration, one room, then a floor. Each phase has a clear readiness gate. Timings below are targets, agreed with the property before work begins.

First, a demonstration

See the room answer a question, show a menu or map, update a request and switch language. Then see it settle back into silence.

The demonstration uses sample property content. A pilot begins with your own hours, menus, prices, policies and photographs. An answer that is missing stays missing; LIMI offers the front desk.

One real room, then a floor, then the property

  1. One real room for 2 to 3 weeks

Phase 1. Not in front of a paying guest until the security gate is clear. Every item on the security page's "before a real guest" list holds first, and we do not skip that to hit a date.

Load your property content, arrange supervised hosting, backups and monitoring, and agree consent, retention and guest disclosures in writing. Then run one suite daily.

Readiness gate: a guest completes a stay and your operations team can account for every request.

    Phase 1
  2. A floor for 3 to 4 more weeks

Expand room provisioning, check-in and check-out handling, and monitoring. The aim is for front-desk staff to bind each television to its room without an engineer.

Target: 20 rooms live for two weeks without engineering intervention.

    Phase 2
  3. Then the whole property

Hand over content updates, monitoring and escalation to your operations team. Review what guests asked for, what LIMI could answer and where a person was needed.

    Phase 3

What we need from you

  1. Your property content: hours, policies, prices, menus and photographs.
  2. One named room and its floor plan.
  3. Network. A VLAN the televisions and the relay share, without client isolation between them.
  4. A policy owner for consent, retention and the disclosure wording.
  5. An operations contact who will use the inbox and judge the pilot with us.

What it costs

Selected properties get a pilot at no cost, subject to scope, diligence and a written agreement. Pilot scope, responsibilities and any later pricing must be agreed with the property before work begins.

What the pilot must establish

The demonstration verifies individual interactions. Reliability across a floor, endurance over months and the effect on hotel operations still need to be measured in a pilot. Phase targets are not results already achieved.
